Armond represents clients in a variety of transactional matters including mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, shareholder agreements, employment agreements, corporate governance, finance, succession planning, and complex commercial real estate purchase and lease agreements. He has represented both sellers and buyers in varied business mergers and acquisitions and commercial real estate transactions. Armond has extensive experience drafting and negotiating contracts.
Prior to joining Cohen Property Law Group, Armond represented individuals and corporations in complex commercial litigation. His focuses centered on business disputes, class actions, consumer fraud, unfair and deceptive trade practices, antitrust law, legal malpractice, and appeals.
